Was told when I acquired the vehicle the 10,000 , 20,000, and 30,000 mile services were on Dealership performed the 30,000 mile service as requested. Was told when I acquired the vehicle the 10,000 , 20,000, and 30,000 mile services were on the house. The 10,000 and 20,000 mile service were provided on the house; but the 30,000 mile service was not. Told I did not have the 30,000 mile service within a certain time frame. When I acquired the vehicle; I do not recall being told about the time frame. More

A friendly experience I travelled by train from out of state to purchase this car based on an internet ad. The dealership sent a shuttle to pick me up. Saturday before New Year's Eve was a particularly busy day for them, but my salesman Rob Beers hustled in earnest between me and other clients. He even drove me to my credit union about 25 minutes away. Everyone was very polite and friendly. There were no tricks but I discovered that purchasing from out of state subjected me to some additional steps and fees that would not normally be required, and while they were annoying, they were not onerous. The dealership created workarounds to solve some of the probems. The car was beautiful and validated the effort. The facility is new and beautiful, but not quite 100% complete unless they intend to never have a soda machine, etc. More

Glad they finally decided to get larger coffee cups for us waiters in the Customer service waiting area. In this day and age; why do I have to send by the United States Postal Service, a mail-in rebate to Castrol for a twenty dollar rebate that can only be used at Faulkner Volkswagen? Wake up Castrol, this is the 21st century! . More
