Both Becky and John were very helpful through the entire process. I had lots of questions after my first visit to the dealership and Becky (my main point of contact) was very quick in responding to my call process. John, the sales manager, was very responsive in helping me locate the exact model of car I wanted as it was not among those available on his lot. Once we came to pick up the car and make the final purchase, both my husband and I were very impressed with how smooth and efficient that process was -- it was the best experience either of us have had in making a car purchase.
