Unbelievably poor experience. We knew exactly which car we wanted to buy. All we needed to know was whether or not Matt could find it, how much it would cost and how much for our trade-in. We met with hi we wanted to buy. All we needed to know was whether or not Matt could find it, how much it would cost and how much for our trade-in. We met with him on Friday. I followed it up with two emails on Saturday detailing exactly what information we needed and we never heard back from him except for an email saying that he might be able to find the car but it would require a $500 deposit to get the car transferred here from another dealer. No price included, no mention of a trade-in value for our car. By the way, I also requested the car and requested a trade-in quote on their web page a couple days prior to our visit in person. Because we had another offer that was good for 72 hours from the Honda Dealer for a new Accord (our second choice vehicle), the following Monday I emailed Faulkner Subaru and we purchased the exact vehicle we were looking for on Wednesday.
