I would highly recommend Faulkner Toyota Scion dealership and personally Marc Handelsman to anybody who wants to buy a new or used Toyota. The quality of service is impressive: you deal with people that are very friendly, knowledgeable and really professional overall. It was a pleasure for me both times. The first time I came to Faulkner was right after at another Toyota place they could not get me the color of the vehicle that had been promised (white), so I had to go to another place, which just happened to be Faulkner. Marc I believe as a true professional sales man could sense that I was ready to buy right then and there and in less than 2 hours after I arrived I already drove home in a shiny new white SUV that I dreamt of. So in 2011 I had no hesitation to go and buy from Faulkner again. Great experience. Thank you. More

I went to buy a Highlander on Dec. 31. The salesman, Michael, gave me the APR. I was thinking the APR should be lower base on one of the website online. Bad experience. I was told that they will give free scheduled services if i buy the car from them. After the purchase, they gave me the first service free as if they were doing me a favor. When i went for the second service they charged me and when i informed the service manager that i was told of this free services at the time of purchased. He told me that it is not possible and get something in writing from the sales team. When i went and checked with the sales manager, i was kind of insulted. I told him that was offered to me at the time of purchase. Then he replied me this "man.. we get nothing free in America". The salesman who baffled me with xxxxxxxx is Jason Brown and the sales manager with whom i spoke is Paul Scammahorn. My overall experience with this dealer was very bad. Please do not go there. I have other friends who had bought car from here also sharing similar experience. More
I had the worst experience at this dealership, than any other dealership before. I communicated primarily through email with Stuart Saull. When I asked him to send me a video of the car, he sent me a sin other dealership before. I communicated primarily through email with Stuart Saull. When I asked him to send me a video of the car, he sent me a single picture. When he made a second attempt at sending the video, he sent me a picture of an employee at Faulkner Toyota eating lunch. I finally received a video from his manager, Patrick Haggerty, who was very good to deal with. Unfortunately, most of my communication was with Stuart Saull, who was incompetent and insulting most of the time. They were completely unwilling to match a price, which I had received from another dealer. Their rock bottom price was $500 above the prices which other dealers were publicly advertising for the same vehicle. It was laughable. Needless to say, I did not buy the vehicle at Faulkner Toyota, nor will I ever return to Faulkner Toyota to buy a vehicle. I hope this review helps at least one person to avoid this horrible dealership. There are plenty of other dealerships that offer much better customer service, and much better prices. More
