We left in about 45 minutes to rush off to work but with a good sense of the product, inventory, current incentives and trade-in offer. Without pressure or a lot of hype, Mike helped us work through our questions and reservations. When we were ready to buy a week or so later, we found all the folks we dealt with at Faulkner to be professional.
