I am very happy that I decided to go Falkner Toyota to see what kind of a deal I could get with them. I had gone to Team Toyota in Langhorne but I wasn't impressed with the sales men or their deals. I told them what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay but they didn't seem to want to listen. They didn't come close to what Falkner did. James was very helpful and very easy to work with. He even took my Suzuki XL7 to the Suzuki dealership to turn it in so that I could go home with my new Highlander that very same day. This is my first Toyota and I just love it. I would recommend Falkner to anyone who wants a new or used car because they go out of their way to give you the best deal! More

We highly recommend this dealership. We had a RAV 4 which was coming to the end of its lease. The first day we went in browsing, most of the sales associates were busy and we waited a half hour to be waited on without an initial greeting. When we went to buy/lease our vehicle. We were told that it wouldn't take that long that we would have to get something to eat, however it did take that long. But the wasn't the major issue.
