He took the time to explain all of the details of my new lease and he also demonstrated all of the different features of the 2014 Corolla before I drove it out of the dealership. Mike understood that it was important for me to keep within my budget, and he was able to get me a good price for my new lease. Mike was great to work with and I never felt pressured or rushed to sign the new lease, as you do at some dealerships. I also want to thank Patty Kleber, Internet Sales Manager, who was great in responding to my phone calls and e-mails these past few weeks concerning my end of lease options. She also provided me with information on a new lease for a few of the different 2014 Toyota models that I was interested in possibly leasing. She was very responsive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. My niece previously purchased a car through Patty because of my recommendation, and I will continue to recommend Faulkner Toyota to my family and friends.
