unbelievable They made me re write my review be cause the last one wasn't nice. To put it short, at night the salesmen at this dealership were throwing a football They made me re write my review be cause the last one wasn't nice. To put it short, at night the salesmen at this dealership were throwing a football in the middle of the sales floor. They were videotaping customers and making fun of them and they we're more interested in what girls they were hanging out with at night than doing their job. I also emailed the GM two times with no reply. The salesman here that I have delt with and my family has delt with are very unprofessional. If you walk into this dealership after 730pm expect to see employees playing football and making videos on their phones. I've seem videos on social media that were taken and posted. Very dissatisfied and surprised that all this goes on once the managers leave. More

Never a complaint about sales or service...never. My wife and I have been purchasing and leasing Toyotas from Faulkner for longer than I can remember (I think we're up to 24 cars including the Camry a My wife and I have been purchasing and leasing Toyotas from Faulkner for longer than I can remember (I think we're up to 24 cars including the Camry and Rav4 we just leased last week). Even though we sometimes think about going in a "different" direction just for a change, we never do, because we've never had a single complaint about their service department (Shannon and the Red team can seemingly do no wrong), and always feel that we've been treated fairly by Jason Brown, our salesperson. So, why mess with success? More

Jason Brown has to be the most knowledgeable and professional sale person I've ever worked with. I received a call from him on Friday and on Saturday morning I drove away from a dealership in a new car. My wife was suppose to leave for the airport in the morning and didn't have time to stop by and sign paperwork to "release" our old lease in order to trade it in for a new one. Jason asked her to come in just for a few minutes, but she was really worried that she may miss the flight if she goes to the dealership, because usually it take forever for the buying process. To her surprise it took their finance person not more then 5 minutes to get everything in order and pass us the key! We were shocked by the professionalism of these guys! Thank you! More
