Bruce did an excellent presentation on the options for buying the car and service plans too. His guidance was instrumental in helping me decide to buy the Camry from Faulkner. I bought a 2005 Camry 7 years ago from Faulkner. I have been most pleased with the Red Team Service managed by Shannon Haughney. He has always done a superior job making sure my car was serviced in a timely manner and informing me about things that needed attention. He is honest, friendly and informative. More
I had very bad car buying experience with this dealer, after buying the new car with them to finish required paper work we were called multiple times to dealership to sign the missing papers it because of after buying the new car with them to finish required paper work we were called multiple times to dealership to sign the missing papers it because of the salesman's negligence every time one document was missed to get our signature it took four visits to finalize a car purchase, salesman did not explain about the new car factory warranty he almost said it is useless was pushing me to buy the extended warranty and overcharged on it for the brand new car,requested them to cancel the extended warranty on the second day of purchase itself but they declined to cancel it, i was asked to talk to multiple peoples nothing happened no one helped and was treated badly, i had to cancel on my own by calling Toyota itself paid cancellation charges on it and lost taxes paid on it, fyi same level of extended warranty i was offered for half the price from other reputed Toyota dealer, only positive side is given better price on the car but they tried to make the difference on the extended warranty. i wouldn't go again. More

Over the years we've had very few complaints about anything regarding our cars purchased at Faulkner but, on the rare occasion when we did, those complaints were taken care of expediently and thoroughly. I went to a few dealerships to see the car I knew I wanted. I bought my first car from Faulkner and wanted to give them the first chance at my sale. Initially I dealt with Marc and Jason, who were both exceedingly friendly and gave me a solid price. I explored my options and got a lower price from another dealer. I came back one more time to see if they could beat the price and dealt with Bruce and, again, Jason. They came down from their original quote by a significant amount and I bought that day. Both Marc and Bruce were really great to work with and were respectful with my financial concerns. Bruce even went so far as to help me out while negotiating with my car insurance provider. I am glad that I went back and was able to purchase my car from Faulkner. More

In my recent trip to the Toyota dealership, my husband and I were shopping for a new car. The sales people were very friendly. They give us direction on the types of cars we wanted to see. Once I found a car I was interested in test driving, Mike took the time to give me detailed instruction of the vehicle before I took it for a test ride. After the test ride, both Mike and Jason gave me options for leasing and buying and answered all of my questions. I ended up purchasing my car that same evening and am very happy with it. More

We recently purchased a new Tacoma, 4x4, automatic, regular cab at Faulkner Toyota in Trevose PA. I went on Toyota's website and I was directed to local dealers in the area. Patty, from Faulkner, was the only one who gave me the bottom line internet quote via email. We did look at the dealership closest to us. We didn't talk to anyone because they didn't have what we wanted. Most dealers just say, we have what you want, come in for a test-drive, and when can you visit. That's not what we wanted. We weren't going to travel to each dealership, finding nothing. This was easy and they did have what I wanted. The paying, check-out process was a little slow, considering we gave them ample time to get the paperwork ready and we were paying by cash. And after the long wait, they got the paperwork wrong and it had to be redone. More
Drove from Boston to Philly for the weekend with the family. Unfortunately, had a nail in a tire. Went to the dealership across the street from our hotel at 515p and pulled into the service area and w family. Unfortunately, had a nail in a tire. Went to the dealership across the street from our hotel at 515p and pulled into the service area and was told they close at 5p by the technician there. Asked if they were open on Sundays, and was told no. The technician that was still there could have offered to help, but didn't. I understand that I was there after hours, but this was an opportunity for this dealership to shine and do the right thing. Instead, I was left on my own to find a place that was open. I eventually found a Pep Boys about 30 mins away that was open. Instead of spending a Saturday evening with my family, I spent 2 hours at a Pep Boys. It was a very disappointing experience. I'd like to think most people would help someone stranded, but unfortunately for me, the folks at Faulkner Toyota dropped the ball. **Update: I have since spoken with their service manager, Greg Eife as well as the general manager, Gary Gubicza and they have been very apologetic about the incident. More
