Called and said my AWD shut off and instead of trying to help me troubleshoot at all i was told it would be $160 to diagnose and it turned out I just needed to tighten my gas cap. My experience started with a simple call to enquire about a car I saw on Faulkner's website. I was lucky enough to get Fitz (aka James Fitzgerald). Fitz followed up with me later in the week when I could a a car I saw on Faulkner's website. I was lucky enough to get Fitz (aka James Fitzgerald). Fitz followed up with me later in the week when I could actually come see the vehicle (2+ hours away) and repeatedly made sure it was available for me. Fitz was the first salesperson that actually had the car ready and waiting when I arrived. Such a simple thing but shows he was thinking about me. Customer service from the very start. After our test drive, we then got to meet with Mike DeGuida (Sales Manager) who was a wealth of knowledge about the Jeep. He went well beyond "sales" and gave us invaluable information. Ultimately, he was able to give us a price we could agree on and then worked with us on our trade value as well. Fitz and Mike both continued to work with us over text, and on the day we picked it up, both had early days and did an excellent job to hand off to Michael Steinberg and Jason Brown (finance). The paperwork was ready and it was a comfortable and efficient transaction. They understood that we traveled a long distance to get there and had a long way to get back home. During the 2+ months that we were car shopping, I had horrible experiences **at other dealers**, even one owned by the same corporate family. They have had my car for a month now and still keep changing my estimated finish date. Nobody returns any of my calls and I will never recommend this place. The people aren't any help and when asked to speak to management they say someone will call you back. I bet if it were their own car it would have been fixed within a week. More

I contacted the Dealer to purchase a Tacoma. A month goes by and nothing not even a text so I contacted the dealer to see if they found anything and to make sure they knew I was still looking to purchase. The dealer contacted me back and said they wouldn't sell me a truck because I live out of state. What a waste of time. More

I would highly DISCOURAGE buying from FAULKNER I had an extremely unpleasant experience, first time every when buying a new car. How they could possibly screw up this transaction is ridiculous. Started great then all changed when my vehicle arrived. I ordered a replacement 4Runner after my wife was in an accident that totaled ours. A salesman reached out to me telling me that the 4Run arrived. I ordered a replacement 4Runner after my wife was in an accident that totaled ours. A salesman reached out to me telling me that the 4Runner I was looking for was on its way to them within the next 2 months. He told me to leave $500 down and the car is mine, as I did. Time passed with no contact so I reached out only to find my salesman was "no longer working there". I was not assigned a new salesman but told "as long as you have a deposit the 4Runner is yours." Fast forward, reaching out once again, at another attempt to get a salesman assigned to me I was now told they will "assign one when it arrives." I was as well informed that when my vehicle arrived I would have a 48 hour window to pick it up. As strange as this seemed I did not see it as an issue. As life would have it I tested positive for COVID 2 hours before they called to tell me my 4Runner arrived. I informed the dealership of my covid diagnosis and they said no problem "we have contactless pick up!" I told the dealership how can I do that with a trade in? Again no problem "as long as you are here in 48 hours!" I was not in a condition to drive to the dealership. I tried everything with the dealership to not loose my vehicle. I told them I would fill out all paperwork and send it to them, I told them I would send them more money(wire, CC, overnight check) whatever they wanted. All I needed was them to wait a few extra days until I was able (not sick or contagious) to travel to pick it up. Apparently Covid-19 did not matter to them. Not only did they screw me over, waste months of my life, conveniently forget to refund my money and sell the 4Runner I had money down on and waited for... but they were also willing to have someone that was in quarantine travel to their state with no regard to the consequences that might surround that. More

Horrible experience with this place. Refused to give deposit back when the deal fell through on their end. Their manager has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
