We found, on line, a 2008 Sequoia in almost the perfect configuration and at the right price. After calling and speaking to Stuart Saull, we were assured the truck was very clean and worth the 2 ½ hour ri configuration and at the right price. After calling and speaking to Stuart Saull, we were assured the truck was very clean and worth the 2 ½ hour ride. Upon arrival, Stuart was most pleasant and helpful. The truck was absolutely as described and actually even cleaner. After a brief test drive we were satisfied we had found the right vehicle. We paid for the truck and drove home to Baltimore. The next morning, Super Bowl Sunday, I was leaving the gym when the check engine light came on. I called Stuart, who had given me his cell phone number, and he reassured me they would stand behind the truck. After getting the cause diagnosed (an issue with the air intake system that basically primes the exhaust and was nearly $4,000 to fix) they agreed to FIX THE TRUCK. I just had to bring it to them. They offered to make it as convenient as they could for me. They bent over backwards. As compensation for my time, they preformed a few of the maintenance items coming due. I could not have been happier, overall, with the entire experience. They could have just taken the truck back, said “sorry”, and left me in a lurch (or just not honored the deal at all). I was treated much, much better than I ever expected. I absolutely am 100% satisfied. I completely respect and appreciate the honor and integrity Faulkner Toyota showed me. In a world of shady, nickel-and-dime dealers these folks really came through. Absolutely worth visiting their lot for any Toyota product… and in fact with 18 (?) other locations Stuart told me he can locate just about any vehicle. They have earned my business for life.
