The deanship worked with me over the internet, and phone to get the paperwork completed, and everything ready to go. Ask for PAUL he was SUPER helpful as well as the finance manger, they offered me a great rate, and gave me top dollar for me trade (and free coffee and doughnuts) They explained every feature, answered my questions, and have a bright well equipped dealership. He gave me all of the information, all of the details about a car and what my payments will be. He listened to all of my concerns and questions, without being overbearing. The car is marvelous. I have always been a Honda fan. Not anymore!!! There is simply no comparrison! I also paid attention to the customers who were waiting for the cars to be serviced. It looks like the service department is working very efficiently. There was not one customer who was complaining. The atmosphere was very welcoming. There was hot coffee, that you can actually see right away, and it was hot. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Paul to anyone looking for a car. More

He took the time to explain all of the details of my new lease and he also demonstrated all of the different features of the 2014 Corolla before I drove it out of the dealership. Mike understood that it was important for me to keep within my budget, and he was able to get me a good price for my new lease. Mike was great to work with and I never felt pressured or rushed to sign the new lease, as you do at some dealerships. I also want to thank Patty Kleber, Internet Sales Manager, who was great in responding to my phone calls and e-mails these past few weeks concerning my end of lease options. She also provided me with information on a new lease for a few of the different 2014 Toyota models that I was interested in possibly leasing. She was very responsive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. My niece previously purchased a car through Patty because of my recommendation, and I will continue to recommend Faulkner Toyota to my family and friends. I would also like to thank Bill Blythe in Finance Department for going over and explaining all of the financial details and options of my new lease.
