Because it was the end of the build year and the fact that I wanted a six cylinder, it was not stocked anywhere in my area. Efficient, focus on buyer wishes. Marc was the only sales person that specifically asked what I wanted in a new car, all the other dealers I went to ( over 5 different dealers ) prese Marc was the only sales person that specifically asked what I wanted in a new car, all the other dealers I went to ( over 5 different dealers ) presented me with what they had on the lot for lease or buy. Marc and company found the car I wanted ( within budget ) within 3 days. Also the amount of time spent at Faulkner was less than other dealers. Very good experience. More

I give them credit for finding our very specific car towards end of season. They did have sufficient inventory to allow us to test drive the vehicles we were interested in and ultimately found a car for us, however it arrived with slightly more miles than we were expecting from a new car, along with a couple of other minor defects that were corrected. We agreed to take the vehicle but it took some of the pleasure out of the purchase. Pricing was fair. Isaac was easy to work with, did his best to accomodate our requirements, and mostly delivered what he promised. Except for the minor issues expressed above, we would recommend both Isaac and Faulkner. In the end they were able to find us the car we wanted for a fair price. More
