I recently had an extremely poor experience with Faulkner Toyota Trevose which turned out to be a complete waste of my time and money. The communication throughout the entire process was abysmal. The initial salesperson Paul did a great job in communication and responding to my questions promptly. Once we were closer to the deal, I decided to drive down over 3hrs to see the vehicle I was interested in. In the process, I was initially working with Chris the sales manager who seemed to be extremely busy and uninterested. Upon arrival and inspection, I found a small oil leak. Paul and a different sales manager were apologetic and offered to fix the vehicle along with a discount. We agreed on a call the next day to proceed with a deposit. This is where things took a turn. It was extremely difficult to get a hold of Chris and none of the salespeople could help. It seemed to me that they were no longer interested to earn my business. The worst part of my experience was the lack of transparency and honesty. I was assured that a specific car would be fixed, only to find out a week later that they no longer were interested in selling it to me. I even offered a deposit to ensure my commitment to the deal. This bait-and-switch tactic not only wasted my time but also eroded any trust I had in the dealership. I have wasted a day worth of work, gas, and time. I have also missed out on other opportunities believing that this was a pending deal. Overall, the poor communication, lack of professionalism, and deceptive practices at Faulkner Toyota made this the worst experience I've ever had. I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership if they value their time and money. More
