Good Morning, I am sorry that you felt "tricked" on the purchase of the Camry. I felt as though we were very transparent with the purchase and met all the requirements you desired before taking delivery. We had the scratch on the decklid addressed same day, had the tint removed and the seat trim panel cleaned at your request, and we even gave you a loaner while that was being fixed. In regards to the deal, we gave you exactly what you asked for on the trade even with the parking lot damage to the rear bumper and even discount the vehicle you purchased. I am unclear as to what we did not cover in regards to your expectations. Please feel free to contact us with any additional concerns. Thank you.
