Brought car in for problem, carvreturbed, it want fixed Complained of break squeak. Picked up car after service and was told it was fixed. Right away noticed it was not fixed. Returned the car. Told again Complained of break squeak. Picked up car after service and was told it was fixed. Right away noticed it was not fixed. Returned the car. Three trips for one service, deception and poor treatment! Took my wife’s vehicle in for a simple break repair, within a week began to experience noise coming from the breaks, took the car back twice to have Took my wife’s vehicle in for a simple break repair, within a week began to experience noise coming from the breaks, took the car back twice to have the problem finally resolved. On The third trip in to fix the problem was told a loaner car would be immediately available after I stopped in several days prior specifically to state that I needed to know if one would be available because I had a tight time schedule on the day I was supposed to drop it off. Instead of providing me a dealer loner as they always have in the past, I was shuttled to enterprise by a enterprise employee who needed to drive to the dealership to get me and wound up being an hour late for an incredibly important meeting. Managements subsequent response, which I had documented in several emails was substandard at best and quite insulting! More
