I took my new Subura Forester 2020 for first safety and emission inspection. I was treated great and the inspection only took 1 hour and passed. Keep up the good work. Between 10 AM and 4:30 pm, the deal was complete and the new car was delivered to my driveway. Initial paperwork was done electronically, I didn't have to go into the dealer at all. That was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Their staff (Ashton) and salesman Dan Mann, were great. I love the car, and will continue to get the car serviced there. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! More
This is my 3rd Subaru Forester purchase. The Service was excellent. Evelyn Bertoni went above and beyond to get me the color I wanted. I would not go anywhere else to buy a car. Jumped battery at home and everything checked out OK at dealership. Still have no explanation for the "dead" battery. I also had state inspection and oil change - no problem. I asked that the latest update to my navigation system be installed and was told that dealers do not perform that service; although they did shortly after I bought the car. THAT SHOULD BE A ROUTINE & COMPLIMENTARY DEALER SERVICE. I'm assuming it's not the fault of this particular service department - but a corporate failure. More

Internet Rep - Very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and very prompt with responding. 5/5 In person Sales - Nice, seems distracted with other business(seems personal outside of work)/not well with multitasking where he kind of left us hanging at times. Also asked if he could provide us with some accessories but didnt. 2 of 5 Manager that does paperwork & takes payment- Nice, does listen but wished he better delivers our simple requests. We asked for the protective material to stay ON THE CAR but it wasn't. Also asked for the car NOT TO GO THROUGH the car wash but the opposite happened. Had to pay a detail-er to touch up the car shortly after. 2.75 of 5 Overall - 1.25 of 5. Found car unprepared with protective plugs not in placed. The Subaru Ambassador has never contacted us as they mentioned they would. Nobody has the curiosity to follow up to see how everything is since the purchase. The only Email I got was 3 months later where it was a sales gimmick with the opening sentence stating "It may be time to your Subaru to a new Subaru". For real???? Stay AWAY FROM HERE!!! More

Initially, I was very apprehensive about car dealerships, a bit nervous and cautious when I arrived to look at a vehicle.... but much to my surprise I was treated exceptionally well, and hope to be a forever customer. Specifically, Jared from the finance department took the time to listen to my needs, concerns then quickly and miraculously achieved financing that worked for me. Also, Richard Scott (sales), truly made the entire sales process easy and painless. Lastly, special thanks to Ashtyn for sending me the information on the car in the first place, Thank you all for my best car buying experience ever. I will recommend Faulkner Subaru to all my friends and colleagues. By the way...I love my Subaru! Be well, Linda More
Refused to take responsibility for technician's carelessness I recently had my 2018 STI with only 350 miles serviced at Faulkner Subaru due to being misaligned from the factory. Upon return of my vehicle, I noti I recently had my 2018 STI with only 350 miles serviced at Faulkner Subaru due to being misaligned from the factory. Upon return of my vehicle, I noticed my trip meter had registered 15.7 miles, my boost gauge's peak PSI had been reset to zero, and the SI-drive system had been switched from intelligent to sport mode. The mileage is the least of my concern as I can understand the need to thoroughly test the alignment. But the other two indicate to me that the vehicle had been driven hard and/or carelessly by a technician during the recommended 1,000 mile break-in period, with the boost gauge being reset to hide the peak that it hit while driven in sport mode. I contacted both the service manager and my service advisor to discuss the situation. I was told by the service manager that the technician denied changing these settings and may have 'accidentally bumped a button'. For one, is the technician really going to admit that they did this? Not likely. And also, both of these items require intentional actions to reset (the boost gauge is a press and hold for approximately 3 seconds and the SI-drive mode requires turning a knob by hand). Neither one, let alone both, are likely at all to be set accidentally. It's extremely disappointing to have custom-ordered my STI, waited two months for it to arrive, and followed the break-in recommendations religiously... just to have someone else treat it carelessly in the first few hundred miles. Now I have to be concerned about issues that could arise in the future from that sort of treatment. I've purchased 2 vehicles and have had 3 of my Subarus serviced at Faulkner Subaru, but needless to say I will likely be taking them elsewhere from now on. More
