The staff is tremendously courteous, especially after the sale. A very important consideration for me. I also liked the way Brian -- finance guy -- took me through the varying, sometimes maddening, options extended coverages and treatments. Once again, no high-pressure tactics. Finally, I went through Consumer Reports' "Build and Buy this Car" feature on its website to line up potential dealers and to sort out what was a fair or good price for what I was after.
