My wife and I decided to trade in our Chrysler Crossfire, which frankly was like a member of the family, for a new Subaru Outback. Once I arrived, I was greeted by FRANK GAMBINO and right off the bat, he was just AWESOME! He's friendly, listened to me ramble on and never at any point applied any sales pressure. Frank was an absolute pleasure to work with through the deal and I'm very grateful as I really don't like car shopping much. Overall, his attention to detail, flexibility and customer service was second to none. In regards to dealership itself... the trade value they provided was excellent, the price of the vehicle was competitive, financing was easy and final delivery was just smooth. More
I was looking for a reliable used car. I went to their tent sale and they did not have anything I wanted there but they were getting a trade in at their dealership. From the time I submitted an inquiry through their website to the time I made my purchase, everyone was responsive, helpful and genuine. She took the time to let me test drive both the Outback and the Legacy, then the Outback again when I wanted my wife to try it out. The price I was quoted at Faulkner was as good or better than other dealerships with whom I checked. But we came to Faulkner because we've had positive experiences with their service department on our other vehicle (a Subaru Forester), unlike what we experienced at another Subaru dealership in the area. I would highly recommend Sandy and the crew at Faulkner for a positive car-buying experience. (And by the way...the Outback is AWESOME!) More

We were searching for a fuel efficient vehicle that still provided the "go anywhere" advantage of all wheel drive, and decided on Subaru. Faulkner was not the first Subaru dealership we visited, but it was provided the "go anywhere" advantage of all wheel drive, and decided on Subaru. Faulkner was not the first Subaru dealership we visited, but it was the last. We found the service to be professional, friendly, and extremely considerate of our two year old daughter. Frank Gambino is a professional and considerate man who did not try to play stereotypical "used car salesman games". I will certainly continue to use Faulkner for my service needs and consider them again when I purchase another vehicle. More
The staff at Faulkner Subaru was a pleasure to work with to buy a new Subaru Forester. I came to Faulkner Subaru because of a pleasant past experience there, and because they threw in all sorts of perks -- free inspections, car washes, shuttle rides -- in the deal. The staff is tremendously courteous, especially after the sale. A very important consideration for me. I also liked the way Brian -- finance guy -- took me through the varying, sometimes maddening, options extended coverages and treatments. Once again, no high-pressure tactics. Finally, I went through Consumer Reports' "Build and Buy this Car" feature on its website to line up potential dealers and to sort out what was a fair or good price for what I was after. Faulkner stepped up and honored the price listed. Thanks Faulkner Subaru. Know that I'll be back again for another Subaru someday! More
We have purchase 4 new Subaru's from Jim Smee. He is friendly and personable. Jim provides good sales support and continued support after the sale. Jim listens to what we are looking for and what we want in options and sees to it we have the car and accessories we really want. There is no pushy or pressure sales tactics involved. Any time I visit for routine service, Jim always takes a few minutes to 'visit' if he is there. As for service, Faulkner is always great. Setting up the appointment I want is easy, the service is great, they are always on time completing the service and will call when the vehicle is ready. All of the staff is friendly and compitent. Sandy was very friendly and helpful. The dealership was very clean and organized. She had the car detailed and ready to go when I got there to pick it up. So far great dealership.
