I contacted salesperson Dan Mann of Faulkner Subaru on a possible trade in of my 23 Sub Forrester Wilderness 6 months old 4,700 miles and was quoted low KBB value of $10,000 below retail. Also he must have the authority to tell me that I can no longer come to Faulkner dealership to look at or purchase a vehicle ever again. Saves you hours of reading through the manual to figure out all the features each vehicle offers. Highly recommend the visit which can be however long you need it to be spent with Mitch. Both of my visits were less than an hour. Nikki was my sales agent for the Crosstrek purchase. Nikki had all the necessary paperwork, sales doc's etc. ready to go on the day of the sale. Brief visit with the finance dept. and I was out the door in less than 2hrs. Another no pressure sales experience at Faulkner Subaru!
