I took my car in for inspection and maintenance, I told advisor my automatic lights were not working properly, she checked light was on on dashboard. Terrible service. I would leave a zero if possible. Dropped my car off and didn't receive a call until 6 pm the next day. Of course they didn't have time to fix anythi I would leave a zero if possible. Dropped my car off and didn't receive a call until 6 pm the next day. Of course they didn't have time to fix anything and had to keep it a second day. I called 5 times and no one answered the phone. Tried to sell me a cabin filter I replaced a week prior, tried to sell me other services but never noticed the car needed rear brakes. On top of that the service manager Kaitlyn said " have a better day " after I got upset with her on the phone. Stay away from this service center. Plenty of places that want to earn your buisness. I will never be going back. More
Although my salesman was great, after that I feel like it went downhill. As I was signing all the documents, they gave me the carfax with an accident and stressed that it was only minor . I feel like this should have been given to me prior since the car only had 2,000 miles and I assumed it was nearly new without issues. The keys had someone else’s grocery cards on it and had stickers all over the back and someone’s name. While signing the papers they offered the extended warranty on the certified vehicle and then when I told them what I was willing to pay per month with the warranty they tried to extend the terms of the loan in a sly manner. The guy who did all the financial paperwork talked way too much and too fast. Overall, I currently have buyers remorse. More
