I bought a used Toyota with four things wrong with it (five if you count the one they owned up to they said they wouldn't fix), none of which were covered by their "warranty" (which I never received). I discovered them after driving the car for a few days and I didn't detect them on the two mile test ride. I was so unhappy that I wrote their President/General Manager who didn't even have the decency to respond to my email! I will never deal with them again. More

Took my car here for oil change and inspection, no problems whatsoever when I dropped it off. Got an update saying it needed almost $1500.00 worth of repairs and when I picked it up my car didn’t star problems whatsoever when I dropped it off. Got an update saying it needed almost $1500.00 worth of repairs and when I picked it up my car didn’t start at all. When I asked for an update after I approved some services I got no answer. When we arrived to pick it up and found it didn’t start no one was available to even help us. Customer service was great until I wasn’t spending all that extra money, I then got no response. Worst experience ever! More
