Customer service is horrible I spent seven hours on my day off at this dealership. Instead of telling me to leave, don’t waste all my day and time there, and they’ll call me when I spent seven hours on my day off at this dealership. I stayed at the sellsperson had lunch, would disappeared for twenty minutes at a time. I understand it’s a process but that was ridiculous! They had to send my car back TWICE. The first was all scratched up on the bumper the other was dirty! Even though the salesperson insured me that it was getting cleaned HOURS before I arrived. My moms usual salesperson ended up stepping in and handles the second day of being there More

Twice I received terrible service A Nissan remain factory transmission and Faulkner could not tell me the cause of going as high as 7000 rpm between 45 to 60 mph. Then they said the c A Nissan remain factory transmission and Faulkner could not tell me the cause of going as high as 7000 rpm between 45 to 60 mph. Then they said the codes showed nothing wrong with the transmission but the shop that installed it saw a small leak coming internally from it. Which they tried to tell me that it was not transmission fluid but oil . Well oil is not red from the puddle of over a quart low on transmission fluid. And all anyone has to do is drive it past 45 mph to see it’s not going thru the gears till it reaches 58mph and still if that is not the cause why can’t they diagnose the problem of it just going up to 6 to 7000 rpm’s. Between those speeds before shifting thru the gears. Past 60mph it’s great . But they can not tell me what the problem is. Again I am out a few bucks and all they could say is it needs a valve cover gasket. THATS MINOR STUFF AND CERTAINLY NOT WHAT I TOOK IT IN THERE FOR More
