Slow Serice Every time I have been there several times for oil changes and service. Every time I go I sit there for at least an hour. I’ve spoken to the general manager and I have been there several times for oil changes and service. Every time I go I sit there for at least an hour. I’ve spoken to the general manager and the service manager and they are always apologetic but nothing ever changes. On my last visit I was in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I sat and waited for an hour and 52 minutes. Needless to say I won’t be back again. More

Oil change I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I usually go to pep boys and get them done for around $34. I was charged $84 52 for an oil change and 2 I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I usually go to pep boys and get them done for around $34. I was charged $84 52 for an oil change and 25 for tire rotation which I thought was free. I was told that my oil change would come with a car wash but I was then told that the car wash machine was not working. The oil change said that my next one is due after 4K miles. The one that I usually get last me 3k miles. Why was this $50 more? More
