Asked service person who checked me in if it was possible to check front passenger tire for possible leak and expressed concern regarding questionable loose front end tire joints. Had to call around 315PM to see if truck was done- they were “just finishing up”. Received call about 330 it was ready. At cashier’s window, asked for breakdown of services- she directed me to service desk for explanation. Although I received discount for inspection-offered at O’Neil not Faulkner- NEITHER of my other concerns were addressed. No one seemed to be able to explain wether they had checked the front suspension or front tire after 7 hrs?!? More

Waste of time I took my car in one year ago for the same issue. They did nothing, did not document anything. And told me the update CD was not for my car.... A year I took my car in one year ago for the same issue. They did nothing, did not document anything. And told me the update CD was not for my car.... A year later, it was a CD to update my car. They act like I have nothing better to do then drop off my car... But don't realize it's an inconvenience. The paperwork was not ready when I went to pick it up. They do not answer the messages. And the manager never called me back. The only reason I continue to use this service center is it is the closest to my house. More
