I live in Chesterfield Missouri and recently became involved with the non-compromising task of securing a new car for my Granddaughter, who recently moved to a new job in the Philadelphia area. Limited to dealing over the phone (later I also utilized Faulkner Mazda's Internet Site for supplementary information) my initial contact with Faulkner Mazda was Regina (Internet Sales), and later, as the deal progressed, Larry, who, eventually met with my Granddaughter and closed the deal- the lease of a 2011 Mazda3 Touring Car. Larry provided me my first evidence of Faulkner's exceptional "service after the sale", by arranging, for my Granddaughter's convenience, to deliver the car to her workplace at 5 PM the following day. Both of these Agency Reps-- team members better describes their performance-- Regina and Larry, could not have handled their dealing with me more professionally. Each provided me with accurate information, each answered all my questions and concerns regarding the lease terms and options, and, finally-- in what I considered to be the deal clincher-- each mentioned several "after the sale" Agency benefits, including Free State Inspections, Free Loaner Car availability, and Free Service Coupons-- all items that I considered to be of essential benefit to my Granddaughter's future Philadelphia experience. Regarding Mazda: Over the years. I have owned several Mazda automobiles, and currently within my immediate family, three 2010 Mazda's reside. Therefore, I can personally attest to Mazda's high quality, dependability, and appealing style. My second purchase from Faulkner Mazda. This time a Mazda 3, my first was a Mazda 6. Both cars very satisfying. The Service Dept. at Faulkner is par excellence, it's difficult to compare many other dealers 3, my first was a Mazda 6. Both cars very satisfying. The Service Dept. at Faulkner is par excellence, it's difficult to compare many other dealers to this Faulkner Mazda organization. These folks aim to please and they do. Until I did business with Faulkner, I never received, nor did I come to expect, decent and affordable service at any auto dealer. I have owned 41 cars in my lifetime, which included many two-car family years. Regarding Mazda cars, never make the mistake of overlooking them, believe me. These are the friendliest cars one will ever drive anywhere, anytime. Each Mazda model has that extra edge of all 'round performance in its price/size range. I have never publicly recommended an auto dealer-service organization, until my experience with Faulkner Mazda. More
This is my 3rd car purchase from Faulkner Mazda and every time I have felt at ease and comfortable with their staff and service. Preston Deluca’s knowledge of every car on that lot along with his superior knowledge of every spec for each individual car all delivered seamlessly off the top of his head makes me as a customer feel at ease that I’m dealing with a man who cares for the product he sells and knows it in and out. He never once tried to “sell me a car”; he showcased the car to me in a truly superior, honest way that made me trust his opinion so much that I wanted to buy this car. He is truly an outstanding individual who loves his job, believes in the cars he sells and is second to none in sales ability. The entire staff makes you feel this way, in my opinion there is no other salesperson or dealership that has ever made me feel so comfortable and as if I were amongst my own family. My wife said to me on the way home that it’s amazing the difference a great, honest and friendly staff can make you feel so at ease after handing them so much money! I plan on popping in from time to time to see how everyone is doing, we share different things going on in each others lives-children, and life, relatives, baseball and we always realize more people we know or have in common. As we left we shook hands with Preston, Mike and Larry and told them we will see them again upon our next purchase. I consider them friends and look forward to seeing them again. When I tell people about my experience they are like-this is a real car dealership??? I have to tell them to go see for themselves. We are so happy with our new Mazda 6, I can’t wait to get up and drive it tomorrow. More

MY WIFE AND I WENT TO FAULKNER-MAZDA WITH THE INTENTION OF PURCHASING A USED CAR, AS OUR PREVIOUS MAZDA WAS JUST TOTALED IN A CAR ACCIDENT. RENEE WAS VERY "CAR" KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTION OF PURCHASING A USED CAR, AS OUR PREVIOUS MAZDA WAS JUST TOTALED IN A CAR ACCIDENT. RENEE WAS VERY "CAR" KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS, SHOWED US A NUMBER OF USED MAZDAS ON THE LOT, THEN SOME LEFT-OVER 2010 NEW ONES. THE PRICE WAS GREAT, THE SERVICE WAS TOP-NOTCH, AND RENEE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL OR FRIENDLY.
