A great experience from start to end. Jesse McKnight was the most pleasant, friendly, will-bend-over-backwards-and-gives-the-shirt-off-his-back kind of guy. I could not say enough nice things about him wit the most pleasant, friendly, will-bend-over-backwards-and-gives-the-shirt-off-his-back kind of guy. I could not say enough nice things about him without sounding too cheesy. He sold us a great product (Mazda CX 5) at the price we wanted, with all the options we wanted, and then he sweetened the deal even further. Then his service manager Frank came over and threw in something extra on top of everything else that we did not expect. I have always had great experiences with the Faulkner dealerships (having owned a Honda and a Nissan, both of which were service at Faulkner dealerships). Mike was AMAZING to deal with. He was very friendly, he helped me 100% thru the process of getting the loan with a co-signer. What din't Mike do to help me out to get the car. I went in and purchased an RX8. When i test drove it, I noticed it idled rough. I asked the sales person about it, but they said that was what RX8 do. After two weeks, I brought it back and was told agai noticed it idled rough. I asked the sales person about it, but they said that was what RX8 do. After two weeks, I brought it back and was told again that the rough idle was normal. A mechanic in my local Mazda dealership told me that it was not normal so I again took it to Faulkner. When I called, they told me there was nothing they could do since I was a week over my four week total warranty. After I finally got them to look at it, they said that there were aftermarket spark plugs that were really good in it and that was why it idled rough. Today, my check engine light came on. Instead of having to deal with Faulkner, I went to my local Mazda dealer, who told me that aftermarket parts dont work out good in RX8's and I need totally new wires, plugs, etc. Faulkner sold me a car that had parts in it that didn't work, has never cared that they didnt. I asked about the idle numerous times and was told it was nothing. Don't waste you time dealing with people who don't want to help you out once they take your money. More

My husband and daughter had stopped at the Mazda dealer in Mechanicsburg since we had purchased a used Mazda 3 for our daughter. While there they looked at used and new Mazda's. We didn't get there until almost 6:45 and when it got close to closing I even said we can come back, they said not a problem...Well. at 9:22 pm we pulled out with our Mazda 3. Definitely did not think I would be purchasing a car that night. Everyone there were great and yes we did get a better price! More
