Had some real struggles with service on our vehicle which we originally purchased from them. Brought the vehicle to Faulkner when an independent garage told us that their analysis on the check engine light we originally purchased from them. Brought the vehicle to Faulkner when an independent garage told us that their analysis on the check engine light revealed that the transmission was going bad. Faulkner could not find an issue with the car. Three weeks later the check engine light returned and wow, we did need a new transmission. The service team did not keep us up to date on progress and the communication only started with us. We had to keep calling for updates More

I’m having issues with the AC and heating of my car and was told that there is nothing they can do about it. Apparently, it not a real issue, because they weren’t able to duplicate the e problem. took very long to get my car back and nobody ever called me to update me about anything on my car.
