All of my interactions were pleasant - informative and without pressure. One extra note of appreciation is for the direct attention I received - I went to the dealership with my husband, but I was the person buying the car who had done the research and crunched the #s. It was the first time I've bought a vehicle where the sales person didn't constantly defer to my husband, even though I was the buyer.
