Test driving and buying process was pretty easy. Wished the paperwork process was quicker (took about 2hrs). The only negative review was how my car was cleaned/detailed. The dash was a little dusty- it just looked like they just sprayed washed the car and presented it to me. I had to go back and vacuum/clean the mats and dust the interior. More

I’ve been going to this dealership for 22 years, and I drive far to get there. Ashley always always always makes sure I’m well taken care of. My van was ready two days early this time around. When I took the train into town to pick up my van and the dealer's courtesy shuttle couldn’t come get me right away, the person who answered the phone arranged for a valet driver to pick me up instead. When Dave brought my van out for me, he made a point of turning on my seat warmer ahead of time since it was such a cold morning. I can't say enough good things about the excellent service and attention I received at Faulkner Honda. Thank you for making my week! More
