It was great working with Pat Regan through the Costco Auto Program. In fact, we almost bought an Odyssey last Labor Day from Pat through the program mostly based on reviews like this but chose to hold o Auto Program. In fact, we almost bought an Odyssey last Labor Day from Pat through the program mostly based on reviews like this but chose to hold off in order test the new highly anticipated Toyota Sienna when it was to be released later (delayed due to Covid) in 2020. In mid April we finally decided to test the Sienna and we were not impressed at all. So, we said it will be the Odyssey after all. Now, we live in Chester County and could easily go to our local dealer but quite frankly we are not very happy with them. So, we decided to make the the hour plus trek across the turnpike to Doylestown the day before Easter and went in expecting to possibly drive home another Odyssey, if inventory allowed, to replace our 06 (our 8th Honda since 1989). We told Pat that we would like to test drive the 21 Pilot so we could at least say we ruled it out and never really intending to go the SUV route. Pat got both vehicles in EX-L trim staged and waiting for us to drive at our leisure. The whole family piled in and we drove both for a good amount of time. We came back and took the Pilot out again and upon our return told him it was the Pilot mostly because of the AWD capability and my wife liked sitting up higher. Pat is very personable and was very attentive to our questions/concerns always explaining everything in detail between the two vehicles. Furthermore, the Costco Auto Program is a very streamlined process and if you're a member, I believe it is a fair process for all without all the back and forth. Keenan offers 3 oil changes with a purchase and although it is not the most convenient thing to drive to Doylestown from Downingtown for basic maintenance, I'm confident that Keenan will make it worthwhile. I highly recommend Pat for your next Honda purchase. My teenagers really like him to!!! More
