This was my first service on my 2024 Accord Hybrid at Faulkner Honda, and from initial greeting as I entered the service area to the cashier everyone was pleasant and welcoming. Joseph Nicolette was the Faulkner Honda, and from initial greeting as I entered the service area to the cashier everyone was pleasant and welcoming. Joseph Nicolette was the Service Advisor handling my car, he reviewed what service I requested and asked if there was anything else I needed. Joseph confirmed I was waiting and explained that once the work was completed or need to inform me of any issues he would contact me. He confirmed my phone number to make sure he had the correct number. When the service was completed Joseph explained what they did and said there no issues as the just has 5400 miles. He also told me the car would be washed once the inspection, and oil change were completed. Overall the experience was pleasant, efficient, and meet my expectations. More
