They were super friendly, kind, and overall an excellent set of people. The service writer did an excellent job getting my vehicle in the shop, however one thing that could be improved upon is the lack of updates. I went months with no updates or progress on parts or repair on vehicle. Something simple like, “hey we are still waiting for…. I’ll give you a call once…” If I was updated more on the progress I would have given 5 stars. I do appreciate the fact the service department was able to work with me on certain repairs. Overall, this is a good dealership to take your car into for maintenance or repairs. More
