This was my son's first new car purchase following a recent college graduation and new employment within the past year. Faulkner had exactly the car my son wanted, and in working with the sales team they were able to beat every deal offered in Maryland by an additional 30% added to the discount. The staff bent over backward to help get my son the 1.9% graduate program credit rate. Our personal experience at the dealership including sales, finance, and final delivery was both friendly and professional. We could not be more satisfied with the customer service we received. It was WELL worth the two hour drive from Maryland to Pennsylvania, and we highly recommend Faulkner Honda to family, friends and prospective auto buyers. More

My mom and I stopped in last Saturday and met an awesome salesman, Brian Kim. He was super down to earth and talked to us like we'd known him forever. I explained what I wanted in a car, and he cracked some jokes and brought around a Civic Si. I wasn't sold at first, but I quickly fell in love with it once I drove it. The following Monday, Brian checked in, and I decided I needed to see this car again. I never buy anything so quickly, but by Tuesday night I was taking it home! The Faulkner crew was very helpful throughout the whole process, I would definitely recommend this dealership! More
