After seeing a Honda online that I was interested in, I emailed the dealership. I did receive a quick response but the car had already been sold. The sales person sent me an email and asked me what I was looking for and my price range. After emailing each other back and forth for a week, he told me he had found a honda perfect for me. I went into the dealership on my birthday which was my only day off since I work 2 jobs. I looked over the car carefully and could tell it had been in at least 2 accidents from body damage I could clearly see. I may be a girl, but I know what to look for when it comes to cars. The sales man then tells me it has a clear carfax therefor it has not been in any accidents, even after pointing out the 2 different places it had damage. Anyone that knows anything about cars knows, just because it's not listed on carfax means nothing, it just means the accident has not been reported. After spending over an hour of my day, he refused to lower the price and gave me a price that was way over my budget AND was a 6 yr loan instead of the 5 yr I agreed upon earlier. They completely ruined my birthday with their lies and made me feel low just because I couldn't afford those payments after we clearly discussed them for an entire week. More
