Alex was a great with everything, he was able to accommodate us in looking not only at a Honda accord bur was able to help us also to look and purchase a 2012 Toyota Camry LE. We know that in the future we will be back to Faulkner for another vehicle and want to thank Alex for the amazing assistance he was able to provide in finding us the perfect car. Thanks again Sincerely, Brandon and Julie More

Great EXperience The Accord I found on the internet at 4 PM was still there at 7 PM. Jim Collins, our salesman, was very knowledgeable about the car, patient with our questions, and made the entire purchase process very pleasant. The Finance Specialist , Ms Castro, was also very knowledgeable about the financing process and warranties. We were able to take the car home with a full tank of gas and a fresh wash with us that evening. BTW, this is our second pre-owned Honda we have purchased from Faulkner. We bought a van in 2010. We have used Faulkner for servicing our Honda van and have always have had good experiences with the Service Department, another reason to return to Faulkner. More
Beware if having service done to your Honda I am extremely disappointed in the service at Honda Faulkner of Harrisburg. I got a notice that my CRV was involved in the door actuator recall. At th I am extremely disappointed in the service at Honda Faulkner of Harrisburg. I got a notice that my CRV was involved in the door actuator recall. At that time I called Honda Faulkner of Harrisburg and set up an appointment to have the front driver side door and rear passenger side door actuators replaced. They stated it would take up to 3 hours which was fine with me. After 4 hours they stated they could not get it completed that day. I received a courtesy vehicle and picked up my vehicle the following day. When I got my car back the passenger side actuator was failing before I even left the parking lot which I feel is something they should have noticed since I did right away. I immediately went back in and told them. They wanted me to leave my car there again to have it replaced but instead I set up an appointment for today. The supervisor assured me he would have 2 people work on it and it would take no more than half an hour. Well it took 2 hours and when I left the window on that side wasn't working. I just called and they stated "that happens a lot". Why wouldn't you check the window if that is something you know happens? I will take my car to my mechanic from now on, warranty or not and I will never return to Faulkner Honda of Harrisburg. Their service department is clearly incompetent and I've wasted enough of my time. On a side note, their free wifi never works and even one of the associates told me nobody can ever get it to work. insulted by Faulkner Honda's manager I was there earlier today, and Faulkner Honda's sales associate and manager treated us very badly. When we were looking at cars sales associate was ve I was there earlier today, and Faulkner Honda's sales associate and manager treated us very badly. When we were looking at cars sales associate was very sugary( talked too much and treated like little kids). when we picked the car and tried to negotiate on pricing associate and manager insulted us, and that was very unprofessional. They told us to buy car without wheels and also asked if you ever try to get a deal on a purse. but as you all know most consumers at least try to find coupons online. they made me feel like trash even though the first thing I agreed on putting down $5000. I will never ever go there again in my life. I will also tell my friends and family about my experience, and I am also telling the online world about my experience. This was my experience and my opinion. I would say think twice before going there after reading this review. i think treating people like this ruins overall Faulkner reputation. if you don't think this is accurate please read other reviews from last 6 months. BUYER BEWARE -- TO BE SURE!!!!! 2/5/15 I went in to Faulkner to purchase a used car. I told the salesman my criteria for purchase: good gas mileage, black, around 10k in price to 2/5/15 I went in to Faulkner to purchase a used car. I told the salesman my criteria for purchase: good gas mileage, black, around 10k in price to keep payments near $250 for 36 months. He came back with a grey Accord for 13,9k.. What asked, "how will this come in at $250 a month? He replied, " my finance people work majic." What they came back with was a one time only price for me today of 12,3k for $322 at 60 months. ALL MY QUALIFICATION COMPLETELY IGNORED!!!!! I left without buying and went home to check out the vehicle online. The exact same vehicle was offered on line for 11,9k. THEY TRIED TO SELL ME A CAR FOR MORE THAN THE ADVERTISED PRICE!!!! When I called the salesman back with this information, he was shocked and would dig into it. He called back the next day with "great news", he could sell me the car at that price. So you can sell me a car at the advertised price, WOW, what a great deal. I told him I was not interested due to the deciept used to sell the car. He asked for another chance and would call me back tomorrow. He called and offered me a 1 year warranty free. I told him I am not interested, as I am looking for a better price. He called back the next day with " great news", he could take off the price of the warranty to lower the price. I said, " YOU MEAN THE WARRANTY THAT YOU TOLD ME WAS FREE"!!!!! He did not know what to say, but I did...... BUYER BEWARE -- TO BE SURE -- DO NOT BUY AT FAULKNER HIONDA -- TO BE SURE!!!!!!!! Joe More

Very poor customer serivce After buying 4 vehicles from Faulkner over the past 4 years, I have to say I would never go back to the Faulkner family of dealerships ever. After th After buying 4 vehicles from Faulkner over the past 4 years, I have to say I would never go back to the Faulkner family of dealerships ever. After the sale of our Honda everything went downhill from there. The Service department at Honda is a spectacular facility, really second to none, but the wait times and the customer service of the representatives are terrible. Recently I took my 2013 Honda touring Pilot in for a routine oil change, filter, and tire rotation, 2 hours later, it’s done (this is about the normal time for me every time). I came out of there with a different “feel/vibration” to the Pilot than I had before. Not being a mechanic and not knowing what the problem was I took it back to them and described what I was feeling. The service rep immediately tried to sell me on services that may fix the problem, to which I responded with, “I don’t know anything about mechanics, I just know that it is different.” Eventually I was forced to agree to a spin, balance, and rotation, assuming that would correct the issue. What I really wanted was for them to drive it, feel it, look at it, and tell me what they thought, but the service rep just pushed a service on me anyway. Then he come back after nearly 2 hours and told me that I neglected to tell him about the brakes, and I said I don’t have a problem with them, there is only 24,000 miles on the truck and I drive responsibly. To which he scoffs and gives me a look of disbelief and proceeds to tell me that I need new rotos at a cost of at least $400, and this will fix my problem along with the other services. I informed him that only a few weeks ago, everything was green on my inspection sheet and how could there be a problem now all of a sudden? Again, I was scoffed at and I declined the service. I had another certified Honda dealership take a look at my Pilot and was informed that the brakes and rotors were perfectly fine and that the spin/balance was not conducted properly as the Pilot still had the manufactures weights on them, which apparently need to be replaced when conducting a spin/balance service. I don’t know any of this but I trusted Faulkner Honda and now that trust is gone. So the bottom line is avoid this terrible service center and save yourself some time and go elsewhere. More
