This was my first visit to this particular Honda dealer. I was dealing with the garage for a transmission fluid change. The individuals at the front of the service center were quick to get me signed in a I was dealing with the garage for a transmission fluid change. The individuals at the front of the service center were quick to get me signed in after I had my appointment checked in. After that I waited and that isn’t a bad thing. I did bring my own entertainment, but they had a lounge with a television and a bit of music, and a quiet lounge also. I chose the quiet lounge where I was greeted with complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate maker, water, and popcorn. Also an extremely reasonably priced “self checkout” area filled with numerous snacks and a cooler filled with beverages to purchase. I may be talking a lot about this lounge area. Well that’s the thing it was a chill and lovely experience while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced! Overall will be glad to go back for my maintenance needs in the future. Staff was friendly to me, service as quick as it could be, I wasn’t upsold on unnecessary “extras” and was in and out in roughly 2 hours. But those 2 hours flew by! More
