Nothing but lies TO BE SURE I bought a used car they promised to fix a couple of things that they finally did. Then they promised to refund the money I spent on a useless warrant I bought a used car they promised to fix a couple of things that they finally did. Then they promised to refund the money I spent on a useless warranty. I had to drive over 100 miles to the dealership to see Michelle Bailey,on Sept 3 2015 promised it would be refunded it's now Nov 4 2015 no refund. I have called several times and Michelle Bailey won't get on the phone or call me back.. Be smart don't buy a car here and whatever you do don't trust Michelle Bailey all she does is lie and is misleading. She'll steal your money TO BE SURE. More

My Honda Civic experience at Faulkner I was immediately helped as soon as I walked in the door, but from there on there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. He answered my questions and I bought my Honda Civic Hybrid in a matter of a couple hours. My experience at other dealers has been extremely lengthy and very pressured. More

Always had a great experience with faulkner Over the past 5 years we have gone to Faulkner , we purchased a 2005 Highlander 5 years ago from Faulkner Toyota and had a great experience with them Over the past 5 years we have gone to Faulkner , we purchased a 2005 Highlander 5 years ago from Faulkner Toyota and had a great experience with them then and had a recent great experience a few days ago while speaking to Alex from Faulkner Honda. Alex was a great with everything, he was able to accommodate us in looking not only at a Honda accord bur was able to help us also to look and purchase a 2012 Toyota Camry LE. We know that in the future we will be back to Faulkner for another vehicle and want to thank Alex for the amazing assistance he was able to provide in finding us the perfect car. They fixed that and now I have a small problem 600 miles later and the say too bad you have to pay for the repair on their guaranteed car. And their Mikey mouse warranty that I paid 2100.00 is just a big a joke as faulkner honda and the gmc store in Trevose is just as bad please protect yourself and your money DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY FAULKNER AUTO STORE YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!! Jim Collins, our salesman, was very knowledgeable about the car, patient with our questions, and made the entire purchase process very pleasant. The Finance Specialist , Ms Castro, was also very knowledgeable about the financing process and warranties. We were able to take the car home with a full tank of gas and a fresh wash with us that evening. BTW, this is our second pre-owned Honda we have purchased from Faulkner. We bought a van in 2010. We have used Faulkner for servicing our Honda van and have always have had good experiences with the Service Department, another reason to return to Faulkner. More
Beware if having service done to your Honda I am extremely disappointed in the service at Honda Faulkner of Harrisburg. I got a notice that my CRV was involved in the door actuator recall. At th I am extremely disappointed in the service at Honda Faulkner of Harrisburg. I got a notice that my CRV was involved in the door actuator recall. At that time I called Honda Faulkner of Harrisburg and set up an appointment to have the front driver side door and rear passenger side door actuators replaced. They stated it would take up to 3 hours which was fine with me. After 4 hours they stated they could not get it completed that day. I received a courtesy vehicle and picked up my vehicle the following day. When I got my car back the passenger side actuator was failing before I even left the parking lot which I feel is something they should have noticed since I did right away. I immediately went back in and told them. They wanted me to leave my car there again to have it replaced but instead I set up an appointment for today. The supervisor assured me he would have 2 people work on it and it would take no more than half an hour. Well it took 2 hours and when I left the window on that side wasn't working. I just called and they stated "that happens a lot". Why wouldn't you check the window if that is something you know happens? I will take my car to my mechanic from now on, warranty or not and I will never return to Faulkner Honda of Harrisburg. Their service department is clearly incompetent and I've wasted enough of my time. On a side note, their free wifi never works and even one of the associates told me nobody can ever get it to work.
