Horrible experience at this dealership! Went there looking to purchase a vehicle that I seen listed on their website and the sales person was very rude. He did not even stay outside when we looked at looking to purchase a vehicle that I seen listed on their website and the sales person was very rude. He did not even stay outside when we looked at the vehicle. Then after we looked at the car we went inside to tell him we would like to test drive the car. After asking some questions he said to us why would we purchase that vehicle and not the other vehicle from the other dealership. I actually could not believe it. So I said that ok, if you do not want our business my money will spend elsewhere. And we left. He was very rude the entire time. After I left I called the dealership to speak to a manager and they said one would call me back. Patti then called me and apologized for the way her salesperson treated me and said that should have never been said. She was going to check into getting the answers that I needed and then call me back. Well guess what, no return call from the manager either. Guess that is how they treat people and they really did not want the sale. Would not even give them a one star rating. More

Faulkner honda what an awesome job. My credit isn't the best and I wasn't confident that a deal could even be done haven't been turned down by other dealerships. But I read through the website felt confide best and I wasn't confident that a deal could even be done haven't been turned down by other dealerships. But I read through the website felt confident from what I read on the finance page and filled out the credit application. Not long after I get a call from Mike Grant from the finance department. Here's the thing he never asked me about my credit or said it was to low. Instead he asked what did I want to pay monthly, down payment, and how much I owed on my trade. Once I provided that information he said ok I'll call you back let me put some numbers together for you. During the whole process Mike keep me informed and updated he was determined to fullfil my dreams of owning the vehicle. Long story short Mike worked some incredible magic and got the deal done with and interests rate that is 10% lower then the vehicle I was trading in. He contacted me and said the deal is done come get your vehicle. I arrived and curt was awaiting with my new keys and kindly took my old ones. Mike Also, provided me with an phenomenal and affordable extended warranty and he really explained everything. All I can say is faulkner honda keep up the awesome work the whole process was simple and informative . More
Looking for money from uniformed services**** BEWARE newcomers, single females, minorities, and emergency responders in uniform the Honda Service department is still preying on your money during t BEWARE newcomers, single females, minorities, and emergency responders in uniform the Honda Service department is still preying on your money during this pandemic and no one is exempt! SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to the other local dealerships I have worked with them and received better service! I am a recently divorced female with no close family or friends that could have helped me make decisions on my vehicle. I recently moved to the area to take a job in Emergency Services during COVID-19 because I lost my job. I showed up for service when my maintenance, A1, came on at 38k miles on my 2018 Honda CR-V. I had to go during work hours and showed up in my military uniform. I am a recently divorced petite young female and was expecting professionalism from their service department and took their recommendations. I agreed to a routine oil change, TRANSMISSION FLUID CHANGE?, and rear differential fluid change. I waited there uncomfortably for two hours in my military uniform thinking that I had made the right decision for my vehicle. After I left with a $300+ dollar bill and 2 hours late to work. I walked into a conference room and my coworkers felt so bad for me that I was ripped off from Honda. I called Scott, my service representative, and he said why would you believe them I have worked here for 11 years? I wanted to speak to his manager. He told me his manager would call me and after four days I heard nothing. The Service department does not take single females and emergency responders seriously even during COVID-19! I should have been treated with respect and saved my money! Instead I overpaid for a routine service. More
I have purchased my cars here for many years. Partly because I like the car, and partly for the available service. After taking my car there 2 times in the last 2 weeks for an oil change, someone finall because I like the car, and partly for the available service. After taking my car there 2 times in the last 2 weeks for an oil change, someone finally told me they don't have Express service anymore. It would have been nice if I had been informed of this change. I get emails regarding buying new cars, but nothing about this. Quite frankly I have loved the service in the past, but now this dealership is just like every other one. There is no need for me to consider the convenience and quality of their service in the future when I buy my next car. More
poor service had appointment for state inspection at 8:15 a.m., told inspection would take 2 to 2 & half hours. Checked on status of service at 11:15 a.m. and was told my car was next. That would put me at about 2:00 p.m. for a appointment job that should have been finished in much less time. Took my vehicle and left. Went to sales office and insisted they cover the inspection cost at another facility. Following business day had the inspection completed in less than 2 hours. Sales office covered the cost and made me feel that I should checked the status of the service in less than 1/2 hour and that service being behind should be expected. So much for scheduled appointment. Conveyed my experience with Faulkner owner with no response after week. Again, overall experience puts customer out - to be sure. Wish I would have researched overall reviews prior to my Honda purchase. More

The service dept did a great job correcting the issue at no charge to me. They even gave me a loaner car for the 3 hours it took to repair the issue. Great friendly staff that stood behind the sale and made things right. A refreshing experience. Great job. More

Faulkner Honda in Harrisburg. NO BETTER THAN THIEVES Had my daughter's Accord towed to the dealership. First, they diagnosed the problem without my permission or speaking with my daughter. They simply t Had my daughter's Accord towed to the dealership. First, they diagnosed the problem without my permission or speaking with my daughter. They simply took it in and the diagnostic test cost $127.00! I would have liked to have towed it to another repair shop but they would not release the vehicle until I paid for the diagnostic test (Which probably took all of 10 minutes). Alex in service quoted Honda's price for their alternator @ $1041 for OEM or $741 for aftermarket Honda. No other options from them until I spoke to Alex's boss who said they could install an aftermarket alternator with no warranty. They must have pulled it from a junkyard! Bob Baker, the service manager suggested a cheaper alternator which they provided. Faulkner Honda in Harrisburg installed an aftermarket alternator in my daughter's car for $467.88. The alternator lasted 5 days! Bob Baker is the service manager and I give them one star for politeness. They would not warrant the alternator they installed and so my daughter is out $467.88 not to mention the cost of replacing the alternator again. I contacted a local Honda dealership and their cost for installing an alternator was $250.16. Personally, I will never deal with Faulkner Honda again in any way. I called Bob Baker (numerous times) to report the situation and nothing but answering machine. As far as I am concerned Honda stole $467.88 out of my 21 year old daughter's pocket. They are no better than thieves. More
