The service writer did an excellent job getting my vehicle in the shop, however one thing that could be improved upon is the lack of updates. I went months with no updates or progress on parts or repair on vehicle. Something simple like, “hey we are still waiting for…. I’ll give you a call once…” If I was updated more on the progress I would have given 5 stars. I do appreciate the fact the service department was able to work with me on certain repairs. Overall, this is a good dealership to take your car into for maintenance or repairs. More
