Apparently my time is not valuable. My scheduled appointment time to wait for my vehicle was 8 am, my vehicle didn't even go into the shop until 9. Very slow and frustrating repair service with limited to no updates or progress. Service advisor had continued excuses of sick or no workers for several weeks.
