Hands down the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I was immediately greeted by my salesman Rick Fasick upon entering the lobby for our appointment and he had already pulled a few keys aside for had. I was immediately greeted by my salesman Rick Fasick upon entering the lobby for our appointment and he had already pulled a few keys aside for potential car options based off what I had told him I was looking for in an email previously. The first car he showed me was absolutely perfect and the one I ended up driving off the lot in that day. I have never had such an attentive car salesman that at the same time wasn't breathing down my neck. Fortunately my great experience didn't end there. I then had the pleasure of working with joel to find the perfect financing plan for me. I left the lot feeling like a VIP customer that day and that hasn't stopped since as Rick has called me to ensure I was still loving my ride a few weeks into my purchase. I will be back! More

"Slap in the face" for trade value! Sales manager had the audacity to show me in writing the value of my trade of $342 on a 2006 vehicle. If this is what they had to give for the vehicle Sales manager had the audacity to show me in writing the value of my trade of $342 on a 2006 vehicle. If this is what they had to give for the vehicle you think they would show the trade-in in a different way or tell me they advise me to sell it out right on my own. They actually put it in writing. The tires and wheels are worth that much. I understand they have to pay auction fees etc., but this is ridiculous. More

Poor service experience Scheduled service appointment for a a Friday morning at 8:30. Arrived at dealership around 8:20. Pulled in service lane with green light and check mark illuminated behind a Hummer. Service door opened and Hummer pulled in. I subsequently waited over 30 minutes at the service door in my vehicle (in the only service lane open) and was not admitted to the service area and my presence was never even acknowledged by anyone in the service department. I left. I will say my buying experience with Ray Morosz was satisfactory as was my experience with Rick in the parts department as I purchased floor mats for my vehicle. David Jones, the general manager, did reach out to me to address my displeasure with my one and only experience with the service department. I was treated so poorly by the service department I will not return to the dealership. More

Worst car dealership in PA I purchased a car here and had nothing but problems with it. It was in the shop 4 times within the first 3 months.
