Everyone was friendly and I felt very taken care throughout the process. I must say that Koltin was fantastic in person and really went above and beyond. One great thing as well was that not one person there gave off that skeezy salesperson vibe. I got the distinct impression that Koltin and the rest of the team there care well beyond just making a sale and I respect and appreciate that so much. I will definitely look back here in the future and recommend Faulkner Cadillac to my family and friends because of what I experienced today. More

My wife and I stopped at Faulkner Cadillac in mechanicsburg to check out a low mileage certified used 2019 Cadillac XT5 for her. Rick Fasick gave us a tour of this car and allowed us to test driv mechanicsburg to check out a low mileage certified used 2019 Cadillac XT5 for her. Rick Fasick gave us a tour of this car and allowed us to test drive it as well. During the test drive my wife was impressed with the quality handling and features, We talked to Rick and see what the numbers looked like. To our surprise the numbers were great and Rick and Candy Abram made this deal very easy as well as comfortable. This was a great experience all the way through the purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Fantastic experience! Took my daughter to this dealership for her to buy her first car. She was full of anxiety and very nervous. Rick Fasick (sales rep) read her emotions and made her feel at e dealership for her to buy her first car. She was full of anxiety and very nervous. He explained everything to her in great detail so that she could understand the process and all of the car functions. He even took the time to engage ONSTAR as well as pairing her phone to the car.
