Another crucial thing Jack does is listen and ask probing questions. Although the service center is often very busy, he makes you feel as though you are the only he is working with. Antenna I had an antenna that was under warranty when I was last in. When I came in to get it done, I was told that there was no record of it in the system an I had an antenna that was under warranty when I was last in. When I came in to get it done, I was told that there was no record of it in the system and that is was also not under warranty anymore. The antenna was clearly labeled on my appointment reminder as the reason that I came in. I’m sure it was an honest mistake but it ended up costing me money as I had no choice but to get it fixed. I’d feel more comfortable going elsewhere in the future. More

Routine maintenance Car brought in for oil change, tire rotation and a new battery. They suggested doing a state inspection that was not due till March. During the insp Car brought in for oil change, tire rotation and a new battery. They suggested doing a state inspection that was not due till March. During the inspection they said the windshield wipers needed to be replaced to pass. I didn’t realize the high cost. The service took over 2 1/2 hours More
