He really listened to my criteria and my concerns and didn't just try and sell me anything on the lot that wasn't the perfect fit. I was buying a used vehicle to be my 16yr olds first car and it had to be the right choice. We didn't want to break the bank given the situation but reliability and safety were big concerns. Perry went the extra mile and found us the best choice at a different Faulkner location (Bethlehem) had it brought to West Chester within days and made the whole experience feel like a big win! Needless to say I get there and talk to F&I with an attitude she goes "Your in the 4's like (4.6 APR) I looked at her like she had 3 heads I said heck no and I walked out. The manager comes out as I am pulling out and says how 2.7 APR. I said now it isn't about the deal, its about the concept. So insulting and a waste of time. 6 plus hours driving. They will bend you over and screw you. More
