Professional service, staff is always supportive and available to explain if any issues with the vehicle. My Alfa Romeo Stelvio broke down and was quickly repaired under warranty (two fuel injectors had failed). Terrible Experience! Terrible experience! It all started out wonderful. I called the dealership and spoke to a salesman (Tim). He was helpful, sent pictures, and did a vid Terrible experience! We spoke several times, and I submitted a credit application, and we agreed to come up on Saturday since he was off. He asked if I wanted to give a deposit (this was at 8:20 pm) and i said yes in the Morning. I called in the morning to make sure everything was ok. and to give my deposit, and he advised he would reach out to his manager, since he was off, and would be going into the dealership that afternoon and would advise. When I had not heard from him late in the day I texted, and he advised that "someone from NJ came in today and bought the car. You can imagine how disappointed I felt considering we made arrangements to drive up and get the car on Saturday, and had submitted a credit application. You expect more out of a Maserati dealership! My advice go someplace else! More
