After dealing with 4 other local car dealerships in the area, it was suggested by a Car Dealer friend of mine, to test drive a new Kia Forte. I went right down to Fathers & Sons and met Joe Foley. Joe was area, it was suggested by a Car Dealer friend of mine, to test drive a new Kia Forte. I went right down to Fathers & Sons and met Joe Foley. Joe was respectful, easy to deal with, and without any of the typical "sales pitch". I test drove the Forte and loved it. Joe was able to evaluate my trade-in while I was test driving the new car which helped the process a lot. The next morning Joe called with the numbers and I was sold! The entire process was so easy and painless - nothing like the other car dealerships I went to. On top of all this, I was dealing with an unexpected family emergency, and needed to get my new Kia as soon as it arrived at Fathers & Sons, so I could immediately leave for my family's in Pennsylvania. Once again, Joe came through, by getting the car detailed asap, and arranged for me to get the car that day. Without exaggeration, I would say with confidence that I will be turning this Kia end at the end of my lease, and definitely leasing another new Kia. My Partner Karla will either be buying my lease at the end of it, or she will be buying a different Kia from Father's & Sons. Either way - we will both be driving new Kias from Joe at Father's & Sons! I really appreciated how he kept his own comments and observations about the car to a minimum so that we could really form our own opinion of it. When I balked at some features I didn't like, he didn't try to dissuade me of my own opinion. He simply said, "Well, you want to get the right car for you." There was absolutely no pressure or shifty sales tactics. Big relief for us dealership newbies! They also took out beat-up Subaru as a trade-in, for a fair price. So easy. More
