Fair, Fast and Friendly Debbie shepherded me through the purchase of the used Toyota Prius I was seeking. She was very friendly and easy to work with. Luckily the car was already on the lot, but it had a flat tire, which she got repaired right away, and we were off on out test drive. Car checked out pretty well, so we moved forward and today I am the happy owner. The finance guy, Nole, was friendly and fast To top it off, Debbie came and picked me up at the Metro! Tags?! Where are they? My registration expires 1/22/16 for the new vehicle I purchased here. It's not 1/20/16 so I called to see where they are. Katie ever so rudely informe My registration expires 1/22/16 for the new vehicle I purchased here. It's not 1/20/16 so I called to see where they are. Katie ever so rudely informed me that I was charged for new tags, it was sent out Monday (two days ago) and should get here today. Hopefully. So I asked her to track the tags. That is when she informed me that my old tags could be transferred because they were never going to give me new tags, but charged me anyways. I asked when I would be refunded, she said by mail. I asked when not how! So rude and so short. This is not my fault! I simply called to see what was going on to cover my end if I was pulled over or in an accident! Wishing I would have purchased the jeep at Browns where customer service was excellent. More
