Had an appt for Wednesday. They took 7 days to diagnose it. Got a call saying warranty won’t cover repair, wanted to charge me 2400+ tax to repair. They don’t communicate well. They are way over priced. Called multiple times and left msg for a call back never got call back. Won’t go here again More

I saw a Ford Taurus on your site and reached out to the dealership for information. They explained that the car was new to them and going through their clean up process. I explained I was driving from NC dealership for information. They explained that the car was new to them and going through their clean up process. Turns out they had put too low a price on the original ad. As I look again the car is relisted but at approximately $5000 dollars more than the original price! Our machine is old and may not be calibrated correctly. If we attempt to correct your trucks alignment based on the computer readings. That will cost you more. That will cost you more. Alignment is ala cart? Not based on stated price. Two many big heads and small minds. The last person stated he was the GM. And if I want my truck aligned I needed to pay more. Pay and get out or get in hand cuffs hand cuffed. I paid. Truck pulling to the right. It did not pull at all before. A couple hrs later, I took my truck to an alignment shop. They adjusted right Caster. Truck drives straight now. There was no pull to the right before leaving Farris. I took my truck in for PMS based on new tires that were put on. I ask the alignment shop what the industry standard is for alignment. Adjusting casters is always part of the alignment if needed. These are they facts. More

BUYERS insurance fraud to start. Truck purchase in November. Only had it once maybe a total time of a month in 7months. The sales person explained we will finance you if you buy the warranty. Only roughly 3500 miles later....truck lives in shop. Tried to speak yes 5 messages on his answer machine with problem and contact number since December of 2020. Mr John Farris will not call or attempt to call back. They will lie directly to your face and wait till you wash it. Mine had large peices of steel blow out from under doors and fram from RUST. Called dodge motor company the he represents and well I got a case number of 79311337. I can only imagine how this is going to go. They will patch a ride to make a sale. Yes a 33000$ truck on that note. I kindly asked what will happen if in an accident and fram brakes. Comments was maybe it won't. WHAT!!!!!! Yes after the first day called and explained and meet in person about truck. What I was told (Wait till warranty starts. You did get it right?) Yeap first repair over 700$ with warranty that is a joke too. Next stop social media and news team and bbb and possibly a lawer. More
