When we met with Jack he understood all of this and did not pressure us into making a decision. He allowed us the freedom to keep coming back and asking questions, without any pressure to decide. Then when we started to test drive the new Jeeps, he let us try different models (sometimes more than once) and continued to answer questions and give options, including the option to oder a new Jeep with just what we wanted in it.
