The service and support I received from Dave Smith was outstanding. I recently was in a major vehicle accident where my previous Jeep was classified as a total loss. As I was working through my insurance company to obtain a new Jeep, I was running into the normal delays associated with funding a replacement vehicle. During this time, Dave was very patient and accomodating with me. He helped me find the right vehicle, and ensured it was there and ready for me when my insurance company released the funds. I am extremely happy with the service provided from Faricy and with Dave Smith in particular. In addition, I was preapproved for a loan prior to purchasing my vehicle with Faricy. Dave pointed out that he thought that Faircy could get me a better rate. He referred me over to Jayson Phelps in the Financing Department. Jayson was great to work with and found me a better interest rate for my loan. Both Dave and Jayson were great to work with and made my experience with Faricy a positive one. I first registered at a jeep booth at a Denver Bronco game, it was at the Comcast tailgate party. Jeep started sending me links about Jeep products. Faircy boys had an inventory of 53 4 door jeeps to pick from. there web site was easy to look up what I was wanting. Pueblo Dodge had 5 jeeps and not one flame red color. I wrote down the stock # on the jeep that had the options and color that I was interested in. I truly was not ready to guy a jeep that Saturday Feb. 12. I went to the new car managers office and asked to talk to the most knowledgable sales person of the jeep 4 door wranglers. I was directed to Jack Reak. I gave Jack the stock # of the jeep and told him I would like to look and drive that vehicle. Jack had the jeep in front of us within minutes. I told jack that we wanted to drive this jeep that was an automatic and that we also wanted to drive a 6 speed manual. jack answered all and any questions with complete knowledge and pointed out other items about the jeep that I had not known. He took his time with my son and I. The jeep was going to be for my son. He presently had a 2004 jeep. When we where done driving, Jack asked, are you ready to maybe purchase a Jeep today? I thought why not at least talk to them today. Like I said, i didn't plan on buying a Jeep today. The Jeep that met all the options I was looking for was right there. Jack was very professional on obtaining my information and asked if we wanted to trade the Jeep we presently had, I said yes if the deal was right. Well the rest is history, I feel we both came out winners and would recomend this dealership to anyone. Also Stephen Bartlett was very knowledgable and proffessional in the Finance of the deal. We had been shopping for a SUV for better than a year. When we were finally serious, we decided we wanted a Jeep Commander. Our sales person, Dave Smith, showed us what we wanted to see about the vehicle and we did the details needed to take it home. We got a good trade-in and good financing. Although the price was a bit to the high range, the Commander is too. We've had it for a week and it is a gem and worth what we paid. We were probably the dream customer, knowing what we wanted, knowing it was there, and just had to get set to take it home. But, all that went well and I'd buy from The Faricy Boys again. More
